12300 is the special service number of the telecom user complaint acceptance center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

On September 9, 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the integration of the telecom service complaint hotline and the network defect and spam reporting hotline into the public service telephone platform of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 1238 1 hotline. On the basis of 1238 1 system and communication platform, the "No.1 foreign service" is realized by integrating three government hotlines: 1238 1 and1232, and online intelligence is carried out synchronously for 7×24 hours.
