China Construction Bank reserves the mobile phone number by replacing the bank card.

Counter modification, online banking modification and mobile banking modification.

1. Counter modification: Bring my ID card and bank card to the counter of any branch of China Construction Bank, fill out the mobile phone number change form and hand it over to the staff.

2. Online banking modification: Open the homepage of China Construction Bank and select Personal Online Banking to log in. Enter the bank card number, login password (not withdrawal password) and verification code, and click Login. Enter the welcome interface of online banking and click "Security Center". Find "Modify Reservation Information" on the left, and click it to display the current reservation information. Just enter a new reserved mobile phone number.

3. Mobile banking modification: Open the China Construction Bank APP, click the "plus sign" in the upper right corner of the homepage, and select the "smart assistant" function. Send the message "Modify mobile phone number" on the customer service page, and select the type of modifying mobile phone number, such as modifying the reserved mobile phone number for account opening. The customer service will inform the method of modifying the mobile phone number and send the SMS verification code. After entering the SMS verification code, you can modify the mobile phone number.
