According to the spirit of the State Council's "Decision on Deepening Reform and Strict Land Management" and "Opinions of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Doing a Good Job in the Preliminary Work of the Revision of the Overall Land Use Plan", according to the requirements of our city, the revision of the overall land use plan of our county (20xx—2020) was launched in May of 20xx, and a working leading group was established. In June, 20xx, according to the comparison scheme of urban planning revision in Neijiang City, a planning revision contract was signed with Chengdu Cody Digital Information Co., Ltd., and the planning revision work began. Before and after the revision of the overall land use planning (20xx—2020) in our county, the sixth edition of the revised thematic study and the second edition of the revised outline were completed. Due to the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, the revision of the plan was delayed for two years. In 20xx, after the post-disaster reconstruction was basically completed, our county actively grasped the planning revision, and under the guidance of the provincial and municipal land and resources departments, completed the overall land use planning at the county level and reported it to the provincial government. The provincial government approved the overall land use planning of our county in February 20xx. After the completion of county-level planning, our county actively worked out the overall land use planning of villages and towns, which has now been completed. According to the relevant requirements, it must be submitted to the expert group for review before it can be reported to the municipal government for approval. Therefore, the county government decided to hold a special review meeting on the overall land use planning of villages and towns in the county today and submit it to the expert group for review.

In the process of planning review, relevant departments and Longjuzhai Town put forward good suggestions for revision based on their own reality, and the meeting passed the review summary formed by the expert group. I would like to take this opportunity to make the following three comments:

The special drainage planning of Danfeng County is the overall deployment of its drainage infrastructure according to the economic and social development of our county, combined with the urban conditions and economic level, which is of great significance to guiding the construction of drainage projects in our county and pointing out the direction for the construction and development of roads and drainage facilities in Danfeng County in the future 10. It is necessary to raise awareness, strengthen leadership and conscientiously do a good job in the management and construction of county drainage planning. After the meeting, the planning unit is required to revise and supplement the planning text and drawings as soon as possible according to the review minutes to make them more perfect, reasonable and scientific. At the same time, it will be submitted to the Provincial Housing and Construction Department for technical review, and then revised and improved according to the technical review opinions of the province to form a formal planning result as soon as possible. After being examined and approved by the executive meeting of the county government, the county housing and construction bureau is responsible for reporting to the county government for approval and implementation according to procedures, and guiding the urban drainage project to start construction as soon as possible.

Once the plan is approved, it has legal effect, and no unit or individual may change it without authorization. All departments and Longjuzhai Town should strictly abide by the planning and take the lead in maintaining the planning authority.
