What should I do if Taobao reminds me that my account has security risks and refuses to pay?

It is suggested to install a digital certificate in Alipay to solve the problem.

Login to Alipay-Security Management-Digital Certificate.

1 If the digital certificate has been applied for the account, it is necessary to install the digital certificate when using other computers for payment, such as balance, fast payment by signing a contract, balance treasure, etc. You can click Install Digital Certificate according to the page prompts.

2 Log in to Alipay account (www.alipay.com)

On the Digital Certificate Management page of the Security Center, click Install Digital Certificate.

There are three ways to install digital certificates: via SMS, receiving emails and answering security questions, and submitting customer service application forms.

1 is installed by SMS (premise: the mobile phone number bound to Alipay account is normal and can receive SMS).

At the entrance of installing certificate, click Install Digital Certificate, select SMS, and then click Next (SMS is the default when the cashier page is installed). Click here to enter the installation certificate page.

2 Select the place where the certificate is used and enter the verification code.

3 Enter the check code received on the mobile phone, and click OK;

Accept the email and answer the security question to install it (if you don't see this email option, please choose another way to install the certificate).

Prompt "Alipay has sent a verification email to your mailbox", click here to view your mailbox.

3 Click on this installation certificate.

4 Answer the security questions, and then click Next.
