Third, for platform fraud, many third-party payment platforms have secret contact information with merchants, and also charge high margin to merchants (it is estimated that they are high-risk merchants). Once cheated, complain to the third-party payment platform, the account manager of the platform will immediately contact the merchant in secret to inform the situation, and the merchant will also take the initiative to contact the deceived person to discuss the refund, so as not to be deceived and ask the police for help.
