Why can't Letv 1 send a text message?

Reasons and solutions for LeTV's inability to send short messages;

1. There is no signal on the mobile phone card. Check whether it is in flight mode or the signal is not good. If so, turn off the flight mode or change the location to a place with good cell phone signal.

2. The mobile phone card has been suspended due to arrears. Call customer service to check the phone bill. If it is overdue, you need to recharge the phone bill and have a certain phone bill balance.

3. If there is something wrong with the SMS application, you can choose to open the phone settings and click Restore Factory Settings in More Settings.

4. If the above measures are not solved, we should go to the maintenance center for inspection and maintenance by professionals.
