The first stage: grab

In fact, it is the early development stage of SP Company, the craziest! And the trick is the simplest and most direct, but you are not an insider and don't know what to do.

Let's talk about company mobile (or Unicom) first. These two companies are called operators, and the platforms that can send short messages on mobile phones are monopolized by these two operators. When people write or receive short messages on their mobile phones, they are all mobile or Unicom as a transit platform. For a simple example, China Mobile and China Unicom are servers, and everyone's mobile phone is a terminal PC, which is easy to understand.

I don't know from which year, operators began to unfreeze the monopoly of short messages, allowing some companies to obtain the authentication of mobile or Unicom, and allocating a port to each SP. What number is displayed in the short message you received? That number is the port. Then access this transit platform, so these companies also have the ability of SMS center. In other words, I got the qualification to rob money!

So these SP designed some SMS products and services, such as "Wonderful News". As long as you send a short message "A" to its port number, such as "55 188", it means that you have adopted its service, and the operator has approved this service. Then China Mobile and China Unicom will collect servers from mobile phone users on behalf of SP, such as 8 yuan.

If it's normal operation, you have to send A to 55 188 on your mobile phone to open the service, then China Mobile Unicom will deduct 8 yuan from your mobile phone fee (this is essentially shared by the operator and SP).

This process makes sense, because the user applied for the opening of the service on his own initiative with knowledge, so it is natural to deduct this 8 yuan, and there is nothing to say.

However, as we all know, short messages are only 70 words, and you can hardly see anything when you watch the news, so not many people will actively subscribe to this service. Then in this case, SP's wishful dream of making money can't go on. What should I do? All right, the grab is on!

There are many bugs in the early SMS platform of mobile companies, which have been used by SP! SP secretly, without any warning, sent a billing data packet to your mobile phone account. After receiving this package, Mobile will not confirm with the user in the early stage and deduct the money directly. At that time, the user's awareness in this respect was extremely weak, and 8 yuan was secretly detained by SP for a month, but he didn't know it! A user stole 8 yuan. What if it was 10000 users? 80 thousand yuan! What about 65438+ million users? 800 thousand! 1 ten thousand users? 8 million! 8 million a month, what about a year? ..... this is just a service. If SP uses this trick on several services at the same time, several hundred million a year is not a problem! And the complaint rate of users is pitiful!

This looting period is because the popularity of mobile phones is not long, and everyone is generally not very sensitive to the reduction of telephone charges. If it is not very big, it will lead to the looting of SP! This is only known to the industry, but the mobile phone user who is the victim was robbed without knowing it. They don't even know what company Xunlong is. ......

The second stage: deception

Gradually, the user's awareness of rights protection came up, and he also learned to check the phone bill frequently. The Consumer Council has put a lot of pressure on China Mobile and China Unicom, and SP is hard to steal. But they are unwilling to end their wealth. Their second move is about to take shape!

At this time, the rectification actions of China Mobile and China Unicom are all based on the system. Technically, Zhongtian SMS platform has not been upgraded, which gives SP a great opportunity!

The mobile system is as follows: Without the user's active SMS confirmation, no SP can unilaterally charge (called reverse binding mobile phone in the industry), otherwise the monthly income of SP will be deducted, and the certificate will be revoked in severe cases, and the SMS port will be closed!

This rule seems scientific, that is, users can only deduct money if they subscribe to SP products by sending short messages, but this short message system cannot be defined. Originally, the system had to match the message sent by the user to A to 55 188, which is the most scientific, but now the system has not been upgraded to this ability, that is to say, as long as the system detects that the user's mobile phone has active short messages, or even has a subscription relationship with SP's service, SP is allowed to deduct the user's money!

What a terrible bug this is!

Ok, I'm SP, and I designed a product called "Making Friends in the Same City", which is mainly used for SMS chat. It's a monthly subscription, one month 10 yuan. But deducting users' money requires users to send text messages on their own initiative. How to make users send text messages actively? Hehe, those so-called "think tanks" of SP Company are full of ideas!

1, and give many mobile phones (including you, of course! Send a short message similar to that sent by a friend, so your mobile phone receives "Sorry, I accidentally deleted you from the phone book. Who are you again?" The number sent is 55 188 1389827363. What would you do if you saw such a short message? According to my statistics, about 20% people think it's really from friends, so they will reply all kinds of information, such as "Who are you?" "I am a dragon. How did your mobile phone get robbed? " Shit, you replied to SP! As soon as you reply, it is equivalent to the mobile phone platform system thinking that you sent a message to SP on your own initiative, so SP laughed heartily and immediately deducted your phone bill for that month 10. In this way, the trick succeeded!

2. Send similar chat messages, usually of the opposite sex, to trick you into replying, such as "I miss you so much. Since we came to this place together, I have been secretly paying attention to you every day, and love is hard to talk about! I use this anonymous number to send you short messages online. Can you reply to me? " Like this, I have also counted that it will probably cheat about 9%-23% of the replies. Once you reply, SP will deduct your money aboveboard.

3. Design free SMS software like Bubble, QQ and UC. Anyone who wants to use free SMS software needs to register with his mobile phone first. Generally, SMS services are opened on QQ and UC, and the mobile phone number is filled in and then "submitted". After a second or two, you receive the confirmation code from SP, and then you fill in the confirmation code in the software submission. Once submitted, it is equivalent to sending a short message to SP, which is accepted by the system.

Since you have initiated this service, it is up to SP to decide how and when to deduct the money (usually it will be delayed for a long time and users will hardly notice it). After the user finds that the money has been deducted, there is no license to check it, because mobile stipulates that business data should be kept for 60 days, and SP can voluntarily empty the database after 60 days. What can you do? So, why did Sina buy UC? Are you clear? Free texting is a big pit, you have to jump in!

4. There are other things, including inducements and lottery. , defrauding the reply. The principle is the same anyway. As long as you reply to that port number, even if you send a short message to SP, this month's money will be deducted!

What is even more frightening is that as long as you are detained for the first time, you will not unsubscribe. SP will deduct this 10 yuan on time every month! ! ! !

As I said, at this stage, users begin to be aware of the phone bill, and they will check the phone bill several times a month to see if there is any deduction from SP company. Usually call 1860 for consultation. Of course, I get angry when I ask, but if I want to complain, SP insists that you sent the subscription form before deducting your fee. The staff of 1860 checked, alas, it was indeed that SP deducted your money after you sent a text message to SP's port, but the specific content was not found in this text message. So 1860 can't help you, you can eat anything!

At this stage, the "black-hearted" SP (as big as Sina) can earn at least $50 million a quarter!

The third stage: guarantee

By the middle of last year, SP's cheating behavior had been discovered by a large number of complaints from users, and the Consumers Association also exerted tremendous pressure on China Mobile, saying that China Mobile would not handle it again. See you in court!

I was afraid of moving, so I immediately called Zhuo Wang and Huawei to upgrade their existing SMS platforms. The name of the new platform is MISC. You can use this keyword to search on Google and see what it is. In principle, the above-mentioned robbery and cheating bug has been blocked from the technical level, and the user's mobile phone security has been improved as never before. Because it is technical, SP has no loopholes in this respect. The platform was successfully debugged in September last year. In February 2004, all the large-scale SP operating nationwide went online, and local SP should complete the platform upgrade before May 2005.

A consensus has been reached within SP: the era of getting rich has basically passed, and now it is the era of keeping rich.

Because the MISC platform has a regulation, the user data of the original platform must be imported into the MISC platform, and the old platform has to pay. How to guide? In other words, users who have successfully deducted SP fees can be brought into this platform one month before updating this platform. Brother Long, did you bring your cell phone in? I don't know. Anyway, I brought it in, and I still deduct money every month, but it's not SP deduction, it's mobile deduction.

Because it is no longer possible to cheat and rob, there is little chance for SP to compete for new users. Their purpose is to keep a large number of users cheated by them for a long time. These users are not sensitive to telephone charges and will be the main income of SP SMS in the future.

They will continue to send text messages to these old users, because MISC platform has a regulation: as long as you send text messages to these users regularly and deduct the fees on time every month, you can always deduct them and keep SP's income.

At this stage, everyone must pay attention: now as long as you unsubscribe from any service of SP, SP has nothing to do with you, and he can't send you any more messages! You must take the initiative to send a clear order instruction message to the designated port, and the MISC platform will send a second charge confirmation.

Of course, the last thing SP wants is for you to give an unsubscribe instruction! If you don't retire at this stage, when will you retire?

My professional advice to you is:

1, within 30 days of next month, call 1860 every day (Unicom is another number, it seems to be 100 1), switch to manual service, and then ask miss, have I charged for Monternet this month?

2. If yes, ask him which SP it is. Write it down, write down the customer service phone number of this SP. Then don't contact SP alone. Be sure to leave a vicious complaint record for this SP before 1860, and you will die! For example, you said that you didn't order any products from this company (provided that you didn't). Why is the money deducted? Miss will say, why don't you contact them and ask what's going on?

Remember: this is 1860 colluding with SP. Never get kicked! Say firmly: no! It's your mobile company that deducted my money, not SP. I don't care what your relationship with SP is. Anyway, I'll find whoever deducts my money! Now you arbitrarily detain me 10 yuan, and I demand compensation 100 times! The mobile customer service lady will definitely tell you politely: Sir, according to our regulations, even if it is arbitrary charges, it will be charged twice as much at most. Leave her alone, you say: this is your rule, not the law, I don't need to abide by it. In that case, I'll claim a hundred times, which is 1000 yuan. No matter what kind of SP you compensate me, you can solve it for me. I demand an answer within 24 hours. If not, I will send a lawyer's letter to your customer service center.

After this sentence, don't listen to the sweet voice of the young lady again. Hang up immediately. According to my experience, Miss Mobile will definitely kick the ball to SP, and then SP will call you.

You also said that one point is overpaid 100 times. If you don't reply for 24 hours, send a lawyer's letter immediately. At this time, SP may deny it, saying that they checked and you subscribed by SMS. You said that even if I did, I didn't send the subscription instructions for this product. If you don't believe me, I'll find Mobile and let them check the original data! When it comes to checking raw data, any SP will be scared! According to my experience, they never dare to take you seriously, and they will definitely get this thousand yuan! At the same time, request to unsubscribe from the service.

The key to this matter: it must be hard! Don't be soft just because SP and Miss 1860 have a good attitude. If you are soft-hearted, it will not work!

3. If 1860 says there is no mobile Monternet charge today, don't rest assured to take a deep sleep, but insist on checking it every day for 30 days, because no one knows when SP will charge you the phone bill. If you don't check it today, you may find it tomorrow. If you don't persist for 30 days, you will be safe!

Remember: don't reply to any text messages with unknown numbers except those sent by a specific friend's mobile phone number!

China Mobile/Unicom is the most insecure server, and SP Company is the most shameful hacker! They colluded with officials and businessmen: rob!

1860 is a mobile customer service center, including accepting complaints; SP Company has its own customer service center. These two customer service centers have a tacit collusion: 1860. As long as they receive a complaint against SP, they will try their best to lead you to the customer service center of SP to solve it, so 1860 will be easy for them. Secondly, this is also the need of SP, because SP takes over the complaint, which is equivalent to settling with users, thus not affecting most of his users.

However, 1860 is a department of state-owned enterprises after all. No matter how colluding, we still have to make some hard and fast rules. For example, when Mobile 1860 receives a complaint, it must be recorded and the final solution must be determined. Whether they kick the ball to SP or handle it by themselves, there must be confirmation of the solution. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Information Industry, if a user complains about the same problem twice and has a very tough attitude, it is defined as a "bad complaint", which is feared by 1860 and SP. But again afraid, 1860 must be solved, this is a weapon we can use!

In other words, you must make a vicious complaint! The method is as follows:

1) 1860 will give you the phone number of SP after receiving the complaint of unreasonable deduction. You must refuse to contact SP! And urge 1860 to give an answer within a certain period of time.

2) Even if you haven't contacted SP, 1860 will definitely throw this matter to SP after your tough complaint, and SP will call you on its own initiative. Your attitude is just as tough, leaving no room for relaxation. To be tolerant of profiteers is to be cruel to yourself

3) Regarding 1860 and SP's customer service, you insist that if you don't give me the answer I want within the specified time, you should ask your lawyer to send a lawyer's letter immediately (even if you don't have a lawyer). When it comes to legal settlement, 1860 and SP will be scared. Because it is their fault, they will only lose this lawsuit and have no chance of winning.
