In the second case, a BUG appeared in HarmonyOS system. After the mobile phone is upgraded, the user operation causes a BUG, which causes the mobile phone to restart frequently and damages the motherboard.

As we all know, the essence of mobile phone shutdown and restart is actually the process of discharging and charging the mobile phone motherboard. If the charge and discharge are too frequent, the components on the motherboard will be damaged and there is no possibility of repair.

Moreover, considering that the number of users reflecting this problem is only nine Niu Yi hairs compared with the total number of users in Huawei's mobile phone stock, Huawei does not need to give a special explanation or response to this problem.
