Provisions on refund fee.

Refund fee will not be charged for refunding tickets more than 8 days before driving; If the departure time of the bus station is more than 48 hours before the departure time, it will be calculated as 5% of the fare; if it is more than 24 hours, it will be calculated as 10% of the fare; if it is less than 24 hours, it will be calculated as 20% of the fare.

If another train arrives at the station more than 8 days before departure, and the ticket is refunded 8 days before departure, a refund fee of 5% will still be charged. If the fare of the new ticket is lower than that of the original ticket when the ticket is changed or "checked in at the station", the difference will be refunded, the difference refund fee will be charged and the current refund fee standard will be implemented.
