How to unsubscribe from Mobile 5 yuan Roaming Package?

1. Call 10086 for manual service and ask the customer service to cancel the 5 yuan roaming discount package.

2. Log in to the online business hall of China Mobile by mobile phone or computer. Click the login window, fill in the mobile phone number, mobile phone password and verification code to log in, find my account after logging in, modify or cancel the business under the column of business inquiry or cancellation, find the package, and click Cancel the package business.

3. Bring your ID card to the nearby business hall to cancel the package.
