Within the built-up area, that is, west of the East Ring Road of the new 107 national highway (west of Dingzhou Hotel);

North of New National Road 107 South Ring Road;

South of the intersection of New 107 National Road and Qingfeng North Street;

Urban roads east of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway (excluding the above roads).

(1) Time limit: From August 20th, 20 18, motor vehicles will be restricted by two tail numbers from 7: 00 to 20: 00 every day, and legal holidays and public holidays will not be restricted. The limit number is the same as that of Beijing;

(2) Restricted area: the area within the built-up area, that is, the west of the East Ring Road of the new 107 national highway (the west of Dingzhou Hotel); North of New National Road 107 South Ring Road; South of the intersection of New 107 National Road and Qingfeng North Street; Urban roads east of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway (excluding the above roads);

(III) Restriction principle: For non-operating passenger cars and light and minivans (including vehicles with foreign licenses and vehicles with temporary licenses) entering the restricted area, two tail numbers are restricted every day (subject to the last number of the vehicle * *).

Monday is limited to tail numbers 3 and 8.

Tuesdays are limited to tail numbers 4 and 9.

Wednesday's limit ended with 5 and 0.

Thursday's suffix 1 and 6.

Friday tail number limit 2, 7

(4) Huang Ka trucks continue to be restricted to bypass, and the built-up area is restricted for 24 hours. Vehicles that have already applied for a pass must also abide by the restrictions on the two tail numbers of motor vehicles;

(five) tractors, agricultural vehicles and fuel tricycles are closed for 24 hours in the built-up area.

These restrictions do not include the following vehicles:

(1) Fire engines, buses, inter-provincial passenger vehicles, long-distance passenger vehicles leading to passenger transport centers, taxis (excluding rental vehicles), special postal vehicles, tourist buses, commuter cars and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic management department;

(two) ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, insurance survey vehicles, the relevant vehicle users to provide relevant information to prove that the traffic police brigade for the record;

(three) vehicles approved by the municipal government to ensure the normal production and life of the city;

(4) Pure electric passenger cars (passenger cars driven by electric motors with rechargeable batteries as the power source) with motor vehicle licenses issued by public security traffic management departments;

(five) vehicles for the disabled with assistive devices for the disabled.
