How to Unbind iMessage from SMS
1. Go to Apple's official "My Support Materials" page and log in with Apple ID.
2. If you no longer use or own the device, click the iPhone you want to log off.
3. Click the logout button and confirm, and a confirmation screen will appear.
Using the above method, your iPhone phone number will no longer be bound to this Apple ID. Then you should be able to receive messages from others on your new phone.
Method 2: Through SIM card
1. Borrow a friend's iPhone and back it up first.
2. Install your own sim card, then activate this iPhone, log in to iMessage service with your mobile phone number, and then close it. 3. Take out your own sim card, delete all settings and contents, install your friend's sim card, and restore the previous backup after activation.
