In order to co-ordinate the prevention and control of the epidemic situation and the stable and orderly operation of the economy and society, accurately protect people's livelihood, help enterprises out of difficulties, and strengthen employment security services for enterprises, we hereby notify you of the orderly entry medical examination during the epidemic situation as follows:

First, medical institutions should earnestly fulfill their main responsibilities, strictly implement the requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and formulate inspection plans and emergency response plans. Optimize service flow, strengthen on-site management, improve video monitoring equipment, ensure the traceability of the whole process and all employees, and implement measures such as one person, one examination room and one meter waiting interval. Time-sharing appointment and current-limited physical examination are implemented. Strictly implement pre-inspection and triage, do epidemiological investigation, information registration and report according to the specifications, and check the temperature, "two yards" and negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

Two, medical institutions according to their own situation, to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters for the record, you can carry out on-the-job health examination. Among the physical examination items, high-risk items such as stomatology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology and endoscopy will not be carried out for the time being. If it really needs to be implemented, it should be checked first and then added.

Three, the employer should implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control during recruitment, and sign an agreement with medical institutions. Encourage employees who are not engaged in the work that is easy to spread infectious diseases as prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the health administrative department of the State Council to undergo health examination before taking up their posts. The employing unit shall organize on-the-job physical examination and report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters. The employing unit shall organize on-the-job physical examination in a peer-to-peer manner, require employees to wear masks correctly all the time, and arrange management personnel for on-site coordination. For employees with COVID-19 symptoms such as fever or employees who need isolation, treatment and medical observation according to epidemic prevention and control requirements, physical examination will not be arranged for the time being.
