Main responsibilities and tasks

Main responsibilities and tasks

(5) Logistics Service Center

Main responsibilities and tasks

(1) To undertake the external reception of bureau organs and the vehicle management and support services of bureau organs, meteorological stations, meteorological information centers, meteorological monitoring network centers and other units, and ensure the official vehicles of all units.

(2) Responsible for bureau-level real estate management and civil building management.

(3) Responsible for the logistics support services and daily management of the staff canteen, security, sanitation and greening of the bureau office building and meteorological radar station (hereinafter referred to as the building).

(4) Responsible for the normal operation of the power supply, water supply, communication and voice control system of the building and the safe operation of the elevator, air conditioner, water pump and other electrical parts, and do a good job in the management and maintenance of its equipment.
