The bill can't be found. What's the problem?

If the bill cannot be queried, it is not excluded that it is caused by the following circumstances:

1. "Random SMS" login does not provide bill inquiry, please login with service password;

2. No bill inquiry is provided during the bill period (monthly1-5);

3. Only the bills for the last 5 months (excluding the current month) can be provided;

4. The transfer business has been handled, and the historical bill of the former owner cannot be inquired.

If the above reasons are still unresolved, please contact the local Unicom manual customer service for handling. The actual situation is subject to local policies.
