According to the needs of air pollution prevention and control in our city, the municipal government decided that from July 4 to June 2, 2022 10, our city would continue to implement the normalized two-tail number restriction.

Time limit+supervision

From July 4th to June 2nd, 2022, 10.

Monday: Tail numbers 2 and 7 are restricted;

Tuesday: Tail numbers 3 and 8 are restricted;

Wednesday: tail numbers 4 and 9 are restricted;

Thursday: tail numbers 5 and 0 are restricted;

Friday: the tail number 1 and 6 are restricted.

During the restriction period, the daily restriction time is 7: 00- 19: 00.

This restriction is based on the last Arabic number of the vehicle license plate.

Restricted area

Urban East Second Ring Road, Sanfeng Road, West Second Ring Road and North Second Ring Road (including the areas within the above roads).

At 7: 00 19: 00 on working days, holidays are not restricted, and the restriction measures will be notified separately in special periods and during the Class I red warning period of heavily polluted weather.

We will continue to implement measures to restrict and bypass yellow-card trucks in the main city, and continue to implement measures to ban tractors, agricultural vehicles and fuel tricycles.

During the restriction period, vehicles that violate the limit number will be captured electronically, and the public security traffic control department will impose penalties according to law.

These restrictions do not include the following vehicles

1, buses, inter-provincial and inter-city passenger vehicles, taxis (excluding rental vehicles, vehicles with tourist bus operation certificates issued by the municipal traffic management department, unit commuter buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic management department).

2. Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles.

3. New energy vehicles (pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles).
