2. Application form for transfer and continuation of housing provident fund in different places in duplicate.

3. A copy of the employee's valid identity certificate.

(2) Inspection and acceptance.

Turn to the ground center to review employee information on the spot according to the application materials. If the information is consistent, it shall be accepted and stamped on the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places, one of which shall be handed over to the employee or unit manager. If the information is inconsistent, it will not be accepted and the reasons will be informed.

After accepting the employee's application, the transfer center generates the Contact Letter for the employee's transfer and connection of housing provident fund in different places (uploaded to the national platform for transfer and connection of housing provident fund in different places (hereinafter referred to as the platform)) and transmits it to the transfer center. In the center where the business system is directly connected with the platform, the business information of housing provident fund transfer and connection in different places is sent from the central business system to the platform for transmission. Second, information and capital transfer.

After the transfer-out center receives the contact letter for the transfer and continuation of housing provident fund in different places sent by the transfer-out center, it will feed back the confirmation information through the platform and complete the following business within 5 working days:

The transfer-out center conducts the following audits according to the received information:

Funds can be transferred in the following two ways:

1. If the housing provident fund settlement application system has been connected, the funds will be transferred to the transfer center through the housing provident fund settlement application system to realize synchronous transfer with information;

2. If the housing provident fund settlement application system is not connected, the funds will be transferred to the transfer center by bank transfer, and the contact letter number and employee ID number of the housing provident fund transfer in different places will be indicated in the transfer information. The transfer-in center transmits the completion information of the transfer-in business to the transfer-out center through platform feedback.
