Recently, a special "WeChat ringtone" became popular in Tik Tok, which actually replaced the prompt tone of WeChat. It's fun and the replacement method is actually very simple. Similarly, Android phones are relatively simple, but iPhone phones are more complicated and have more system restrictions, which will be explained in detail below.

1. Download the WeChat prompt audio.

Download the audio of WeChat prompt tone first. I have prepared a lot of interesting audio, including DuDu and Adu, which are very popular in Tik Tok. I replied in the background of my official WeChat account wallpaper library: WeChat ringtone, and then downloaded and decompressed it to the mobile phone folder.

Step 2 set the bell

In the setting-sound and vibration-notification sound effect (some mobile phones call other notification ringtones, but Android phones call them differently, which is the function of setting sound effect notification at ordinary times), click local music or file management after entering, and select the audio you want from the just downloaded file to make a prompt sound.

If there are too many files to find, sort by time.

3. Set the WeChat prompt tone

In WeChat Settings-New Message Reminder, select "Follow System" in "New Message Prompt Tone" and save it. That's it.

The setting method of Android is relatively simple, but individual brand models cannot modify the WeChat prompt tone, so Android users can try it themselves.

iPhone

Supported systems: 12.0, 12.0. 1 2.1,12./.

Supported models: iPhone 6S and above.

1. Download and install Shortcuts.

Download the quick APP on your mobile phone, (directly search in the APP store, or the official account of WeChat in the wallpaper library, reply: WeChat ringtone has a download link).

2. Open the shortcut command

Copy the shortcut command link provided in the background and remember to open it in Safari browser.

3. Install the channel and trust certificate

Run the command in the shortcut, click and select 1. The installation channel will prompt you to install the "Filzaescaped" software.

Because it is a third-party software, you need to click Trust Operation in iPhone Settings-General-File and Trust Management.

4. Select and copy the tone.

Click "WeChat prompt tone". There are various WeChat prompts here, you can click on the audition.

Select "Finish" in the upper left corner of the back point-"Import directly into FilzaEscaped".

After importing, you will jump directly to Filzaescaped to find the file in caf, click Edit to select this file, and then click Copy.

5. Replace the tone file

Find the folder/var/containers/bundle/wechat/application/we chat. app in turn, enter wechat.app, and click the button in the lower left corner to paste and replace. So the transformation is successful.

Tip: Delay, flashback and restart during installation are normal. Just try a few more times. After successful installation, if you want to reply to the original prompt tone, you can directly upgrade WeChat or replace the original "in.caf" file.
