1. Terminal-to-mail: The sender pays the basic communication fee for the MMS service, and the receiver does not charge.

2.E-mail to the terminal: E-mail customers (such as mobile phone mailbox and Monternet mailbox customers) pay the basic communication fee for MMS service. There is no charge for the receiver.

(3) Information fee for MMS SP application service

The application services provided by SP are used by users, produced by SP providing services under the supervision and guidance of China Mobile, and collected from users by China Mobile on behalf of SP.

1. Mobile phone application: customers (customers who specify the MMS service, and the information receiver can pay the information fee for the customers who have customized the service or others designated by them). The information fee is determined by the SP providing the service, including three types: free, per article and monthly.

2. Mobile phone to application: the sender's mobile phone customer pays the basic communication fee for MMS service, and there is no information fee.

3. GPRS traffic charges generated by sending and receiving MMS will be deducted through the network and will not be charged to customers.
