In the event that the insured has an accident by plane, train, subway, light rail, ship, automobile and other means of transportation during the insurance period, the insurer shall pay the insurance money according to the type of the means of transportation that the insured was riding when the accident occurred, within the insurance amount corresponding to riding the means of transportation listed in this insurance. According to the following regulations: if the insured suffers from an accidental injury accident during the insurance period and dies due to the accident within 180 days (inclusive), the company will pay the death insurance premium according to the insurance amount specified in the insurance policy corresponding to such accidental injury suffered by the insured, and our insurance liability to the insured under this contract will be terminated.

2. Accidental disability insurance

And if the disability caused by the accident has been appraised by a qualified disability appraisal institution within 180 (inclusive) from the date of the accident, and the degree of disability conforms to one of the disability items listed in the Table of Disability Degree and Insurance Payment Proportion (hereinafter referred to as "Payment Table") attached to this clause, the Company will identify the insured as disabled. If the insured fails to complete the treatment within 180 days (including 180 days) from the date of the accident, our company will conduct disability appraisal according to the physical condition of the insured on 180 days. If the appraisal result meets one of the disability grades listed in the compensation table, our company will pay the accidental disability insurance money according to the insurance amount corresponding to the accidental injury accident multiplied by the compensation ratio corresponding to the disability grade.

When the insured suffers from more than two (including two) disability items listed in the compensation table due to the same accidental injury accident, the company will pay the accidental disability insurance money separately, but if different disability items occur in the same part of the body, only the more serious one will be paid.

3. Accidental burn insurance

When the insured suffers an accidental injury accident during the insurance period, and the degree of burns and scalds caused by the accident is direct and independent within 180 days from the date of the accident, and it conforms to one of the burns and scalds listed in the Proportion Table of Third Degree Burns and Insurance Payment attached to this clause (hereinafter referred to as "Schedule 2"), the Company will pay the insurance benefits for accidental burns and scalds according to the insured amount multiplied by the corresponding payment ratio listed in Schedule 2.

Regardless of whether the insured's burns and scalds caused by the same accidental injury accident occur in the same part of the body at the same time, the company only pays the accidental burns and scalds insurance premium according to the amount corresponding to the most serious item. For the insured's burns and scalds caused by different accidental injuries, the company pays the insurance premium for each accidental burn and scald respectively.
