Conditional short message for port number transfer

If so, it edits the short message "SQXZ# name # ID number" and sends it to the home operator for supply.

Execution process: this machine edits the short message "CXXZ# name # ID number" and sends it to 10086 to see if it meets the execution conditions. If yes, edit the short message "SQXZ# name # ID number" and send it to 10086 to apply for carrying the authorization code. During the validity period of the authorization code, apply for bringing it into the operator's business hall. If there is any business affected by portability, it shall be cancelled according to the corresponding method before applying for portability authorization code.
