Cool mobile phone turns on mobile data but can't access the Internet. What should I do?

The following reasons can be investigated:

1. If the data switch in the system settings is not turned on (it is not convenient to set the drop-down notification bar), turn on the settings and check this option (it is recommended to restart the phone after the settings are completed);

2. For some dual-card models, SIM card slot 2 does not support data services. Please use slot1instead;

3. Error in setting APN. It is recommended to call the service provider's customer service to inform the situation. Customer service will initialize the APN of the relay terminal for your sim card number, and may give you a configuration message.

In order to eliminate the error of SIM card, it is suggested to change this card to your mobile phone and try to open data service. If there is also an error, it is recommended to change the card in the business hall (the SIM card may be partially broken after being used for a long time, but it will not affect the call service and may affect the services that need to be set up, such as SMS and data);

You can also try the following methods:

1. Please refer to the attached quick guide to check whether the SIM/UIM card is inserted correctly;

2. Confirm whether the mobile phone can recognize the inserted SIM/UIM card. Different mobile phones support different types of SIM/UIM cards. Please consult your mobile phone provider for details.

3. Check whether the SIM/UIM card has opened the Internet service, and contact the operator to open the Internet function;

4. Check whether the flow limit is set. If traffic restrictions are set, you will not be able to connect to the network when the traffic used reaches the limit value. Enter the "Settings" interface and click "Traffic Management" to turn off the traffic limit or reset a higher limit value;
