1. As the user authorized the express information service notice, a piece of Tong Yuan logistics information appeared in Alipay for no reason, and the user can receive the express information from the logistics service unit through Alipay service reminder, life number message and other channels. Such as express delivery number, logistics status, delivery schedule, etc., shall be subject to the actual delivery provided by the logistics service unit.

(1) In the "Manage Authorization" function in the upper right corner of the "My Express" page, users can add or delete the bound mobile phone number to increase or close the "} center delivery information notification service of the corresponding mobile phone number.

(2) Logistics service units that have cooperated with each other include: Cainiao Network, Intelligent Express Cabinet Company (such as Hive Box, Express Easy), Feng Chuanye, EMS, Zhongtong, Tong Yuan, Shentong, Dayun, Tian Tian, Best Express, etc. Alipay only provides notification service.

2. Check the express authorization as follows:

(1) Log in to Alipay's mobile home page.

(2) Search my express in the search box.

(3) Click on My Express Official.

(4) Go to My Quick Page and click More.

(5) Click Authorization Management.

Check authorization. If authorized, Alipay will inform the logistics information.
