Meizu mobile phone has no prompt tone, and there is no sound when calling or sending messages.

If there is no sound during the call, it is suggested that:

1. Turn the volume button on the side of the phone to the maximum when talking.

2. If the machine supports turning off all sound functions, operation: Settings-(Device)-Auxiliary Functions-(Monitor)-Turn off all sounds-Uncheck.

3. Shut down and restart.

4. Check whether there is a film on the phone. If so, it is recommended to remove the test.

5. Try to change places.

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to the Samsung service center for professional after-sales engineers to help with the inspection.
