1. Query by mobile phone application: open the corresponding mobile phone application, such as online State Grid APP or State Grid. 3. Inquire through WeChat applet: log in to WeChat, enter the applet search bar, and enter relevant keywords, such as "power outage notice inquiry" to search. After selecting the corresponding applet, enter the start time and end time of the query according to the prompt, and then confirm the query to obtain the relevant information of the power outage notice.
