If it is stated in the judgment of first instance that the defendant will return the loan of 100000 yuan to the plaintiff within10 days after the judgment takes effect. Assuming that the judgment was delivered to the defendant in June 1 year, and the defendant did not appeal in June 15, the judgment of first instance took effect in June 16. At this time, there are still 10 days before the defendant voluntarily performs the repayment obligation. If the defendant fails to repay the loan before June 26th, the plaintiff may apply for enforcement.
