If you receive such a risky text message, it means that your previous transaction behavior has been compromised by China Merchants Bank. The bank's credit card center identified it as: "cash out" and included me in the "credit card risk customer control list".

Received a total of 2 risk SMS notifications: the credit card installment function has been disabled, and all installments (single, bill, and cash installments) cannot be processed.

For customers whose credit card "cash-out" is serious, if they do not improve their card usage behavior after receiving a risk SMS notification once, their credit card will be directly blocked or their credit limit will be reduced.
