Let me start with a situation that many people know.

In terms of private pile construction policy, the state and local governments have issued N documents, hoping that all levels of departments and residential properties will cooperate. Now there are more "new infrastructures" to help electric car owners eliminate the pain of charging. But there are always many difficulties in actual operation.

First of all, you must have a fixed parking space. In fact, this alone can rule out many old community owners who have no fixed parking spaces;

In addition, some residential areas with parking spaces are mostly underground garages, and power supply needs fire protection confirmation. In order to save trouble or avoid responsibility, many property companies obstruct at all levels and will not cooperate with the owners to stamp.

Some time ago, I changed the EC 180 of Beiqi New Energy, which had been in operation for two and a half years, into the EX3 of Beiqi New Energy. In the past, the 3KW EC 180 special pile was connected to its own electricity meter, which was slow to charge EX3, and the household electricity load might not be affordable during the peak power consumption in summer. So I thought about reinstalling a 7KW charging pile.

This community where I live is a typical old community, and there is no fixed parking space at all. However, because in the suburbs of Beijing, parking spaces are relatively not very tight.

Previously, power companies have installed distribution boxes in the community, many owners have successfully installed charging piles, and car owners in our community generally consciously do not occupy charging parking spaces. All these have laid a good foundation for my communication and coordination with the property management company.

Before installing the charging pile this time, I also consulted many electric car owners in the community. Many people use some means in the process of finding property stamps, such as finding acquaintances, showing kindness and kindness, or finding a pile company to directly enter the site for construction. With these lessons, the process of communication with residential property is relatively smooth.

Next, I will share with you the process of installing charging piles for the reference of new car owners. I hope all electric car owners can successfully install their own charging piles.

Step 1: Buy a car

Needless to say this. At present, in Beijing, as long as you buy an electric car, you can basically install a charging pile. Of course, except for a few brands, the gifts only include piles and 30 meters, and now there is a charge for digging ditches.

Step two: cover?

After buying a car, you need to ask the 4S shop to issue corresponding materials and templates, including:

1 store and 4S stamped letter of intent to buy a car.

2. Proof of the property right or right to use the parking space that requires the seal of the property.

3. The application for installing electric vehicle charging equipment in parking spaces also requires the property seal.

4. Confirm the charging status of the purchased new energy minibus to the 4S shop and the property, and pay attention to the words for personal use in this confirmation.

Under normal circumstances, 4S stores will not provide materials for stamping, and will not agree to stamp the property before stamping. However, if the distance is too far, avoid running twice. You can also ask the 4S store to put a seal on the materials before extracting them.

After that, you can take these materials to the property management company.

This step is the most difficult at this stage. As mentioned above, there are not many property companies that can quickly stamp. It is necessary for our car owners to use all their professional knowledge to coordinate with the property company.

Step 3: Contact Zhang 'an Company to apply for electric piles.

After all materials are stamped with the seals of the 4S shop and the property management company, the owner will inform the 4S shop as soon as possible, and then wait for the 4S shop to arrange the anchor company. This kind of safety pile company is either designated by the car company or randomly arranged.

Subsequently, Anzhuang Company will contact the owner directly. In this step, it should be noted that once the owner requests to install the pile, the installation must be completed within one year, otherwise the index will be invalid.

I waited for about two weeks, and Anzhuang Company sent someone to make a field trip and coordinate with me to determine the installation location on the spot, but it can be adjusted during the actual installation. During the investigation, the staff of Zhang 'an Company will clearly explain the charges. For example, in addition to the free 30-meter-long pile head and pile body, there will be some additional costs, generally the cost of pedestal and trench excavation.

After the survey, the staff will issue the Preliminary Feasibility Plan for Power Consumption of Self-use Charging Facilities for the owner to sign. Although this is signed, you don't need to look at the details. In addition, the materials prepared in the second step are taken away, and two copies of the owner's ID card are provided.

Step 4: Anzhuang Company applies to the power company to install electric meters.

In fact, this step does not require the owner to operate. Anzhuang Company will submit the corresponding materials to the power company and get the electric card. After the acceptance is successful, the power company will send a short message to inform the owner that it has entered the meter installation process.

Wait another week, and the power company will send someone to the designated place to install the special meter of the State Grid, without leaving anyone at home. After installing the electric meter, their task was completed.

Step 5: Anzhuang Company will install the charging pile.

After the electric power company installs the electric meter, the owner can make an appointment for Anzhuang Company to install the charging pile, which usually takes another week.

When Anzhuang Company sends someone to install the charging pile at home, it will hand over the previously installed special electricity meter card of State Grid to the user. If the owner wants to install a protective box on the charging pile, or has other requirements, he needs to communicate with the workers in advance and negotiate the price so as not to be unable to handle it temporarily.

After the installation of the charging pile is completed, the owner needs to check whether all functions are in good condition, whether the electronic card of the electric meter can be charged normally, and whether the charging pile start card can be activated normally.

What needs to be reminded here is that the State Grid will pre-charge the electric card with 100 yuan, which needs to be returned when the owner recharges it next time.

After acceptance, you can sign the handover, and the process is over.
