What should I do if I can't receive the verification code SMS?

If your device cannot receive the verification code SMS, please check it according to the following methods.

Restart the network

It may be that the network delay or server communication delay makes it impossible to receive short messages. You can try to switch flight modes and re-trigger SMS sending under the network.

Check whether the number is blocked.

You can check whether it is set to intercept strange short messages and whether the number is included in the harassment interception blacklist. If yes, please turn off the function of intercepting strange short messages and delete the number from the blacklist if necessary.

Set the default application

In order to protect your payment security and account security, the system prohibits third-party applications from obtaining the verification code SMS you received. It is recommended that you set the Information that came with your system as the default application and try again.

Turn off verification code protection

If you still need to use a third-party SMS application, please turn off the verification code protection function. The closing method is information "three points" setting "verification code security protection.

Switch to ordinary SMS

Check SIM card
