Second, the traffic violation fines processing flow

1. Hold a decision on traffic violation punishment (if there is a withholding certificate, you must also carry a traffic management withholding certificate) and pay a fine at the bank according to regulations. All banks can pay illegal fines through POS machines that pay their own phone bills.

Note: After finding the violation record online, you can wait for the traffic police bureau to send you a decision on traffic violation punishment, or you can go to the traffic police brigade or traffic monitoring center to get it yourself.

2. Go to the traffic police brigade to accept the punishment with the Receipt of Penalty for Violation of Traffic Management, the Decision on Punishment for Violation of Traffic Law (if there is a temporary detention certificate, you must also carry the temporary detention certificate for traffic management) and the driver's license and driving license of the party concerned.

3. If the driver's license needs to be withheld in violation of regulations, the driver's license shall be withheld in accordance with regulations. After the driver's license is revoked, the driver's license shall be retrieved with the Revoked Driver's License Execution Certificate.

If a driver with a local driver's license doesn't need to revoke his driver's license illegally, he only needs to pay the fine directly at the bank.
