How to cancel the missed call reminder

Call reminder is to remind the missed phone number of the customer by SMS when the customer is turned off or out of service area. Make sure that customers don't miss all incoming calls when they are out of service or service area.

There are several cancellation methods:

Send SMS 3042 or QXLDTX to 10086 to cancel the call reminder service.

Online business hall: Log in to the online business hall of China Mobile Company.

Pocket business hall: log in to the pocket business hall with your mobile phone to handle or cancel.

Customer service hotline: call 10086-3-6 to handle or cancel the call reminder service.

Physical business hall: go to the business hall of the mobile company to handle or cancel with the valid certificate of the owner.
