Article 2 The period of work stoppage with pay for injured employees refers to the period when employees stop working for treatment and continue to enjoy their original wages and benefits after being injured at work or suffering from occupational diseases. Article 3 Workers with work-related injuries shall submit the diagnosis certificate or leave certificate issued by the work-related injury medical institution to their unit in time. The employing unit shall, according to the diagnosis certificate of the work-related injury medical institution, determine the work-related injury leave period of the work-related injury worker according to the Catalogue of Work-related Injury Leave Period (see Annex), and notify the work-related injury worker himself in writing.
