How does China Telecom query service send information by password?

Hello, each user's telecom service password is different. If users forget the service password, they can reset the service password through telecom customer service and telecom online business hall.

First log in to the online business hall of China Telecom, click Login and enter your mobile phone number, and then click Forgot Password, as shown in the following figure:

After entering, select the first reset service password and click Enter.
