In order to effectively block the risk of epidemic spread and effectively protect the life safety and health of the broad masses of the people, after comprehensive judgment, we now put forward the following specific requirements for further implementing the Measures:

Second, in addition to medical workers, security personnel, community workers, volunteers, cadres and workers of government agencies, enterprises and institutions who undertake epidemic prevention tasks, other personnel advocate working at home, or turning to community volunteers on the spot to report to their communities and fully participate in community epidemic prevention work and community services. Advocate cross-regional commuters to carry out nucleic acid "one test a day", work and life "two points and one line", and do not eat, dine, get together or go to crowded places.

Three, communities, economic complexes, urban villages, residential areas and other areas to implement courtyard management.

Each courtyard management area should reserve necessary entrances and exits, install necessary video monitoring equipment, be on duty 24 hours a day, and reserve emergency exits to ensure orderly entry and exit. Strengthen personnel entry and exit management, strictly implement measures such as checking health code, 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, scanning place code, measuring body temperature, and standardizing wearing masks.

Residents in the courtyard management area should try to reduce going out and gathering, strengthen personal health monitoring, refuse to accept visits from non-residents when it is not necessary, and actively participate in nucleic acid testing according to the unified arrangement of the street where they are located.

Lease agents, owners, second-hand landlords and other lessors should clarify the responsible person and contact information for prevention and control, and provide dynamic information of rental houses and lessees to communities and economic associations as required. For those who do not report the rental housing situation and do not cooperate with the government, communities and economic associations to carry out their work, they shall be investigated for responsibility according to the law. Tenant units, companies and individuals should perform the above responsibilities at the same time, and take the initiative to report to the community and economic associations.

Four, colleges and universities, vocational colleges and technical colleges continue to implement closed management. Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens continue to suspend back-to-school and offline teaching. Off-campus training institutions continue to suspend offline teaching, and nursery institutions continue to suspend services.

Five, public security judicial supervision places, welfare institutions, pension institutions, month centers, rehabilitation institutions and other special places continue to implement closed management.

Six, in addition to ensure the normal operation of public life and the basic operation of the city's water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, health, food and oil supply, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions, catering enterprises and other industries and places, the rest of the business premises continue to suspend business. When entering the above-mentioned places, measures such as checking health code, 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, scanning place code, measuring body temperature and wearing masks should be strictly implemented. Business premises that do not meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, production safety or fire safety in the whole region are suspended.

Seven, the tourist attractions should dynamically control the number of people entering the venue, the number of receptionists shall not exceed 50% of the capacity, and the nucleic acid negative certificate shall be checked for 48 hours. Hotels, guesthouses and other accommodation places should strictly implement measures such as health check code, 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, place code scanning, temperature measurement, and standard wearing masks, and ask the residents about their living history. If it is found that there are local cases reporting their living history in this city within 7 days, it must be reported to the community and the Economic Association in time to urge residents to implement prevention and control measures.

Eight, please continue to strengthen the awareness of protection, consciously abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention, orderly participate in nucleic acid testing, complete the whole vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible, and protect personal health. Adhere to good habits such as washing hands frequently, wearing masks, frequent ventilation, and using public chopsticks, and do not gather or get together. Wear a mask when going out, keep a social distance of 1 m, don't spit everywhere, pay attention to cough etiquette, have fewer dinners and parties, visit relatives and friends less during the epidemic, and don't go to crowded places unless necessary. Conduct self-health monitoring every day. If you have fever symptoms, please go to the nearest fever clinic immediately. If there are symptoms such as sore throat, dry cough, fatigue, and decreased sense of smell and taste, report to the community neighborhood Committee immediately, and the community neighborhood Committee will immediately come to the door for antigen testing.

Nine, all units and individuals are required to fulfill the corresponding epidemic prevention and control responsibilities. Units and individuals who refuse to implement epidemic prevention requirements, such as failing to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, failing to cooperate with epidemiological investigation, concealing or misrepresenting information about epidemic trajectory, leaving personnel in risk areas without consent, and assisting others to avoid epidemic prevention and control management, will be investigated for corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
