After closing the Tencent video members with SMS enabled, Tencent video members still show monthly payment.

You need to turn off the automatic renewal function in the software, as follows:

1. Open the Tencent video in your mobile phone first, and then you can enter the VIP page. Click on my VIP member above to enter the settings.

2, and then click on the VIP member page, enter the new interface, find the management automatic renewal on the interface, and click enter.

3. Then jump to the page and enter a new interface. You can see that there is an automatic renewal that has already started. Click the button next to it to close the operation.
