There are many reasons why the mobile phone can't receive the verification code, such as the upper limit of collection times, poor cell phone signal, etc., and the solutions are different for different reasons, as shown in the following figure:

2. The frequency of SMS verification is too fast. Because the frequency of sending SMS verification is too fast, the platform has no time to respond. You can try the operation again after some time.

3, caused by poor cell phone signal. The signal difference will lead to the inability to receive information. You can restore the network settings to solve the problem as follows:

(1) Open the phone settings, find and click the general function, as shown in the figure.

(2) Find and click the "Restore" option in the "General" page, as shown in the figure.

(3) Select Restore Network Settings in the General page, and then click it.

(4) After that, a window pops up at the bottom of the page, and click Restore Network Settings.

(5) After the phone is turned off and restarted, the signal is restored, as shown in the figure.
