How to fine foreign cars in Hangzhou?

First, the punishment standard for the restriction of foreign cars:

1. The traffic police department strictly stipulates that a fine of 100 yuan for violating traffic restrictions will be treated as 3 points;

2. For vehicles that really forget the restricted day and have no intention to drive out, after accepting the punishment, they can drive out of the restricted area within 3 hours, drive to the nearest parking lot or return to the starting point, and will not be punished any more;

3. However, if you violate the limit continuously within one day, you will be punished continuously.

Second, the time limit for foreign cars in Hangzhou:

Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, if a motor vehicle driver violates the provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety, he shall be given a warning or fined from 20 yuan to 200 yuan.
