3. All communities must close public places where life is unnecessary. Farmers' markets, supermarkets, pharmacies and other public places necessary for life should strengthen their own safety protection and arrange business hours reasonably. Seven, all communities must achieve full coverage of epidemic prevention propaganda, full notification, full knowledge, and guide residents not to spread rumors, do not believe in rumors, and do not spread rumors.

Eight, all localities should strictly compact the main responsibility of rental landlords, rental units and accommodation units, and the epidemic prevention propaganda and personal information declaration of rental personnel must be fully covered. If the epidemic situation is not reported in time, the main responsibility will be investigated according to law.
