Method 2: Data recovery software retrieves the deleted Apple SMS.

If there is no backup in advance, you can try to retrieve the deleted information with data recovery software. First, connect the iPhone that deleted the SMS to the computer.

Same as the first method, then install and open iTunes software on the computer, and then back up all the data in the iPhone to the computer through this software.

After the backup is completed, please export the sms. db file with SMS data stored in the backup data to your computer through the free iTunes backup manager software.

Download and open Louyue SMS recovery software on the computer, and open and read the previously exported sms.db file through this software.

Then click the "Restore Deleted SMS (R)" menu, scan the sms.db file at the bottom, and extract the fragmented data to restore the deleted iPhone SMS.
