3. Advocate citizens not to leave Chongqing unless necessary, or leave the central city to other districts and counties. If you really need to leave, you need to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, report to the destination community and implement the corresponding local prevention and control measures.

4. The public should earnestly fulfill their personal protection responsibilities and abide by the basic code of conduct for citizens' epidemic prevention. According to the requirement of "all vaccines are finished", the COVID-19 vaccination rate of the elderly will be further improved, and the intensive immunization will be completed as soon as possible.
