1. Open the login WeChat APP, click "+"in the upper right corner, then click Add Friend, enter: Bai Hui, follow, and enter the official account of Bai Hui WeChat in the search field.

2. Click "Exclusive Service" in the lower right corner of WeChat official account, and then click "WeChat Customer Service". After logging in to the returned account, apply to customer service for cancellation of the returned account.

Cancellation can only be made through customer service, not by other means. If users don't want to contact customer service, they can uninstall the APP directly. Under normal circumstances, if the user fails the audit, the user's information will be automatically cleared.

When the user cancels the account and returns the account, if he receives the verification code, it is because the user needs to verify the number in the real-name registration system and the three major operators. Mobile phone numbers such as non-forwarding number, non-secondary number, virtual operator number and enterprise number cannot pass authentication.

If the user is not the above number, the user needs to confirm whether the mobile phone is equipped with SMS interception or filtering software and can receive SMS normally (not in the state of downtime or arrears).
