How to open an electronic bill?

First, you need to enter the electronic billing service platform. You can enter in the following two ways:

1. Go to PayPal website: www.shfft.com? www.962233.com？ Click "Electronic Bill" on the homepage of the website. (PayPal users can log in before doing this)?

2. Website of electronic billing service platform:? www.ezhangdan.com？ Enter. (PayPal/e-bill users can log in directly without registering)?

There are three steps to apply for electronic bills on the public platform of electronic bills:

Step 1: Click "Apply for Electronic Bill" on the left side of the homepage of the electronic bill platform to enter the interface of "Register Bill Information".

The following operations need to be completed:?

1. Select the category of electronic bill you want to process and the name of the billing agency. ?

2. Enter the bill number and corresponding bar code of the last three months on your paper bill. If there is no barcode information on your bill, you need to check "No barcode on my bill" and enter it here to confirm your bill number. ?

3. Read and confirm "Power of Attorney for Electronic Billing"?

4. Click "Next". ?

Step 2: Enter the "Registered User Information" interface to confirm personal information.

The user information registration interface displays the following billing information: billing organization name, billing number and billing address for your confirmation (if you check the option "No barcode on my bill" in the "Register billing information" interface, the billing address will not be displayed).

You also need to complete the following operations:?

1. If you have not registered an e-bill user, you need to enter the following information to register: website user name (e-bill user name), login password, real name, certificate type, certificate number, mobile phone number, email address and contact address information.

If you have previously registered users on PayPal website or electronic billing service platform, you can log in by clicking "Registered User Login" and entering your PayPal/ electronic billing user name and password on the login page. Please confirm your user information after logging in.

2. After confirming the user information, click Next. ?

Step 3: Enter the "Complete Electronic Bill Application" page to confirm your electronic bill application information.

The following operations need to be completed:?

1. Confirm your electronic bill application information. ?

2. Confirm your bill delivery method:

You can choose to send the bill by mobile phone or email, enter the corresponding information and click "Confirm". ?

3. Click "Save Voucher" to save the electronic bill application voucher to your computer.

After completing the above three steps, the electronic bill you applied for has been successfully accepted.
