The landlord only needs to bring his ID card and the application code in the SMS to apply online within 30 days after receiving the SMS. There is no charge for face-to-face signing (the face-to-face signing procedure is very simple, and the staff of the outlets will not ask more questions, just let you sign and confirm). After the interview is completed, the card will generally be released without special circumstances.
