How to cancel the SMS service of CCB Online Banking?

If you need to cancel SMS banking service, you can cancel it by editing SMS.

SMS cancellation: 1) Send "the last 4 digits of QXZH# account" to 95533 to cancel the SMS service of a single account corresponding to the mobile phone;

2) Send the short message service that QXFW cancels all accounts corresponding to the mobile phone;

Note: If the cancelled subscription account corresponds to multiple subscribed mobile phones, the system will cancel the SMS service corresponding to the designated subscription account according to the mobile phone number that sent the SMS, and will not cancel the SMS service of other mobile phones subscribed to this account.

If the signed account designated for cancellation only corresponds to one signed mobile phone, and the mobile phone only corresponds to one customer, and the customer only has the signed account, the SMS service of the customer will be cancelled directly.

For example, a mobile phone number has registered accounts of two different customers, and the designated account for sending SMS cancellation is the only signed account left by one of the customers. Directly canceling the SMS service of the customer corresponding to this account does not unbind the mobile phone from another account. Note: At present, PHS customers need to go to the counter for cancellation, and they need to provide their valid identity documents and open an SMS bank CCB account.

You can choose one of the following three termination methods to cancel CCB's personal online banking service:

1. Click "Online Banking Termination Wizard" in the online banking login interface, and enter your name, ID number and any real-name registration system account with the same ID number as your own name. The account password will be used to terminate the online banking service. Any real-name registration system account under my name can terminate my online banking service here. After the successful termination of online banking, if you need to use online banking, you need to reopen the online banking service;

2. After logging in to online banking, enter the online banking my account-other account services-account cancellation menu. Select the account to be cancelled in turn to cancel the account. When the last account is successfully cancelled, your personal online banking will be terminated.

3. Please bring your valid ID card and your online banking account under the same ID card to our outlet to terminate the online banking service.

Note: Cancelling the online banking function of the online banking contracted account (you can check whether the account is an online banking contracted account through My Account-Add New Account) (please don't select Extreme Edition when logging in online banking) requires online banking security tool verification (including online banking transaction password, dynamic password and online banking certificate).
