Why are there no notifications on QQ and WeChat?

1, there is something wrong with the mobile phone settings, and there is no information notification right to open QQ and WeChat in the settings.

Solution: Reset the new message reminder.

The first type: open the settings in QQ and WeChat homepage; Click to open a new message reminder on the settings page; Just enable accepting new message notifications on the new message reminder page. You can drop down and set the new information tone you need.

The second type: enter the phone setting interface, find application management, find and click QQ program and WeChat respectively, and select the check box in the option of displaying notification.

2. Turn off QQ and WeChat functions when running in the background, or lock the screen to prevent QQ and WeChat from running in the background.

Solution: Enter the phone settings interface, find the application management, select QQ and WeChat respectively, and click Open to allow background operation.
