Why can't Xiaomi mobile phone of the same router synchronize SMS?

Mi mobile phone does not support mobile phone access to computer for the time being. If the computer can access the mobile phone, the word "remote management" will appear in file management under the same network environment. Just open it and type it in the address bar of my computer.
