Why does the newly-bought Huawei P8 automatically delete bank messages?

This may happen when the phone turns on the automatic deletion function. Please go to SMS > Menu > Settings to confirm whether deleting old information is enabled (not available in EMUI4.0). If so, please turn it off. Or in "SMS >; Menu > Settings > General > Notification Information Archive Settings "(EMUI4.0 operation mode: SMS >; Menu > settings > notification information integration > automatic deletion), regardless of whether automatic deletion is turned on or not, turn it off.
