The method for setting the social security card password on the mobile phone is as follows:

1. Open the social security card official website and enter the login page of the electronic social security card;

2. Click the "Retrieve/Modify Password" button;

3. Enter information such as ID number, social security card number and mobile phone number;

4. The system will send the SMS verification code to the entered mobile phone number, enter the verification code and click "Next";

5. Enter the old password and the new password twice, and click OK after confirmation.
