Service APP (recommended priority): Please open the "Service APP" on your mobile phone, enter the "Service" tab, click "Send Maintenance Service" and submit the maintenance application step by step.

Wechat official account: please log in to the official account of Huawei Terminal Customer Service, click Self-service > I want to repair > Consigned maintenance service > Apply for maintenance now, and submit a maintenance application according to the requirements and steps.

Service Hotline: Please call Huawei's after-sales service hotline 950800 and complete the repair application with the help of customer service.
