Note: Guangzhou R&F Chuangsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is the reconstruction contractor of Building No.0/96-202, Jiangnan Avenue, and has all relevant information about the residents of this building. Therefore, it is easy for him to defraud the trust of Haizhu District Power Supply Bureau, which cannot be strictly controlled, resulting in this fraud.
